It all starts with me is a recognition league aimed at employees whose work directly impacts customer satisfaction. Through a scoring and classification system, participants can monitor their performance, compare themselves with their peers within their collective and improve their performance. Points are earned in three ways: customer satisfaction, direct recognition and training challenges.
